Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website sajkin.com and the software and services provided by Sajkin Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by SK Basiruddin, with its principal place of business at Ward No 12, Kasba Egra, Egra, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal 721429, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide cloud-based software for bus operators (including ticket booking, seat management, staff apps, payment reconciliation and operator websites) and related services such as setup, training, website and domain management. The specific features, fees and timelines for each customer are set out in a written quote, order form or agreement ("Order"). If an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order prevails.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account and your staff's accounts. Tell us immediately at basir@sajkin.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated on our Pricing page or in your Order and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. Setup fees are payable in advance. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless your Order says otherwise. Payments may be made by UPI, bank transfer or the online payment options we provide. We may suspend services if fees remain unpaid 15 days after the due date, after giving notice.
4. Passenger payments
Where our software is used to collect ticket payments from passengers, those payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway and settled to the bus operator's own account, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The bus operator is the seller of the travel service and is responsible for fares, travel, cancellations and refunds to its passengers.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your data
You own the data you enter into the services (such as routes, bookings and passenger details). We process it only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export of your data at any time and for 30 days after your subscription ends.
7. Intellectual property
The software, website, designs and content provided by us remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription. Domains registered for you are registered in your name and remain yours.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email and phone during business hours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate services for material breach of these Terms after notice.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Purba Medinipur, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction.
